What to expect on your first session

What’s a PT session with Alex from Yoshin Martial Arts like? In a 45 minute session; expect to be supported and encouraged through a tailor made workout. Customised to work with you, your body, and your goals. Your workout will include use of the equipment at the gym from boxing bags to battle rope, as well as body weight exercises, and more. Self defence and martial arts training can also be provided within a private training session.

What are your health & fitness goals?

It’s a good idea to have your health and fitness goals in mind ready to discuss further. It might be that you just want to increase your fitness to keep up with your kids, or that you want to shift some kilos. It could also be that you just want to learn some self defence one-on-one.
